Position Title: Front Office Executive

 

  • Welcome all guests/visitors/students/faculty and staff warmly and professionally. Issue visitor passes to guests and visitors
  • Operate telephone business system equipment or switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls
  • Direct caller to destination and records name, time of call, nature of business, and person called upon
  • Collect and distribute mail and messages
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents, draft correspondence
  • Organize and maintain paper and electronic files, correspondence. File all in/out correspondence properly
  • Make future appointments and answer inquiries
  • Handle customers’ complaints properly. Take notes all incidents during the working shift and record in the log book and report to the supervisor
  • Manage the front office/lobby in a professional way
  • Do printing and copying for students, faculty and staff
  • Do other tasks related to Admin works
  • Do other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors

 

  • Female preferred
  • Computer literate on MS office software
  • Good command of Vietnamese and English
  • Team oriented spirit with interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills

Position Title: Book Keeper Cum Administrative Staff

Job Description

The followings are key areas of responsibility:
The person who holds this position will operate the accounting system, book keeping, payables, receivables, banking and budgeting. She is also responsible for the overall administrative procedures in the office.

  • To do payment, receipt vouchers and input to accounting software
  • To prepare various reports
  • To co-ordinate with relevant departments in doing costing, statistic analysis
  • To do filing
  • To do daily administration tasks
  • To do other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors

  Position Title:Corporate Sales Executive

The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for jointly planning marketing strategy, producing and managing marketing communications, following up on sales leads, preparing and delivering presentations, performing activities of marketing team, coordinating marketing efforts to maximize sales.

Applicants should:

  • Years of experience: 2 year(s)
  • Minimum education level: College/university graduates
  • At least 2 year working experience in selling products to Corporate Clients
  • Experience in sales presentation
  • Good understanding of Education and Training market
  • Passion for Sales & Marketing
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Good communication skill
  • Team player, easy going
  • Must be confident and must have initiative to follow through

 Position Title: ASSOCIATE LECTURER

Applicants are assigned to teach various credits Advanced Diploma and Diploma programs offered by the College.

Subjects in fields of:

  • Business Administration Management
  • Human Resource Management
  • IT Applications
  • Tourism and Hospitality Management
  • Marketing Management
  • Banking and Finance Management
  • Sales Management

Applicants should:

  • Hold at least a Bachelor's degree, although Masters degree is preferred
  • Be a native English speaker, although non-native speakers with a very high TOEFL/IELTS score will be considered
  • Have at least three years teaching experience university/college level or relevant practical experience in the listed subjects
  • Be qualified to apply for a work permit in Vietnam
  • Be available for morning, afternoon classes

 Position Title: ESL TEACHER

Applicants are invited from qualified ESL teachers to undertake teaching assignments on the College’s Certificate in English Proficiency program.

Applicants should:

  • Be a native English speaker
  • Be educated to at least Bachelor's degree level
  • Hold CELTA/TESOL certification
  • Have at least 3 years’ proven experience of teaching ESL, preferably to young adults, within Vietnam
  • Have experience in teaching IELTS (preferred)
  • Have all the necessary documentation required to apply for a work permit
  • Be available for morning, afternoon and possibly evening work111
